we are set sweet. flight looks good, the car done, hotels are amazing and i remembered a killer bike shop in the mission right near ti couz. so we can drive up to SF after we see farmore for that if you like, you like?
i can't wait to watch the sunset on the beach with you tomorrow night....
i'm off the do some beauty work and get everthing we need.

hi from way up north. i'm staying in stamford, conn. tonight. we leave hpn tomorrow at 11am. i'll call you when i get to ny, should be around ten tonight.
crazy day for dispatch, this trip needs 3 different crews. i'm so glad we are leaving for cali. we'll talk later, sorry no curl tonight. i love you baby. |

you will not believe what happened after i dropped you off at the train. steve harvey had a special guest on his show.....oh yes, my man clinton. it was all really fast and and the usual dem. plugs but it was great to hear. i don't know if you could get a replay but i had to let you know, and of course steve loves the clinton, my president he says!
there is no escape for me. i'm having a coffee then heading out to rock my vote and do the million little things before we leave. i also need you to change my ticket if you can today to make sure we get to fly together.
i will check the flights to atl. and lax. to see how they are looking. also depending on the aircraft do you want me to list us in 1st. class? the reason i ask is that i don't like the 1st. class seats on a 757 and if it isn't a full flight the back can be more comfortable, let me know.
do we want our money from that stay at the crown plaza? or do we use the points for the car? i'll try to find out how many points will get us a free car or how much it will cost.

oh baby it is sooo nice to be home. i slept really well last night and was able to get some work done. i just got back from the store and was looking for dinner. i picked up some stuff we needed but didn't get dinner. i wanted to ask what you want, i am totally open.
thank you for making the trip out to meet me last night. i'm glad you got to meet some of the people from my class. it is always a mix of interesting women. i'll never stop being amazed at how quickly a bond can happen among us. certainly not with everyone but a few you walk away friends with.
i wonder if vic would be a good fit for my company, as a temp?? she is new and i would like to help her out if possible. it is so hard to get a foot in as we know.
well i'm gonna find out about my trip on sunday, rob is meeting me in portland for dinner, i called him last night. i have not seen him in about 15 years!!! hey he told me he got hit on his bike two days before that big ride all over oregon. the woman who ran into him keeps calling to say how sorry she is and that she can't get him out of her head. he ends up talking her off the cliff, imagine that. i told him he is too nice.
i realized when i got up my foot is sore from the panic i had in the pool. i must have kicked out the window, i thought i punched it out. panic, true panic is really a blur. lesson.... stay out of my way because i will tear down walls to get out.
this was a great training that opened my eyes to so many situations that can and do come up. i can't wait to get back on my planes.
i'm gonna run out to the gym, call me later...

after writting back to mandy i feel better. she is a woman i've know for so many years and have a long history with. we can go a year without contact and pick right up. she is very honest about her relationship with brenden and always has been. he is a difficult man to be in love with, i've known many of his partners. he is a man who by all means does not believe in monogamy, and makes no secret of it. most women he has been with accept that, then they fall in love with him because he is amazing and they don't want to share him with the crusty, dreaded, punk chick that is passing through, writting her zine on her way to olympia wa. to get a new tat, join a band and really embrace being vegan. mandy is no different, she wants a relationship without other people and unfortunatly that is too much to ask.
she talked about them getting away to reconnect, i had to laugh and remind her they live in the woods with nothing around, but getting away can mean many things to people.
like us for example, getting away to white plains for a night, having a corporate restaurant experience and having complete satisfaction from that, weird but true.
i really did have a great weekend with you. we managed to do a whole bunch of interesting things. i'm most pleased that we made it out with friend to bam for the dance. it really got me thinking about the possibility of putting something together again. it has been so long since i've performed anything and that project took up my life for almost a year. anyway creative juices are once again flowing in me, slow like the movement yesterday, but that alone feels good
i am stoked you are coming to jersey with me, yet another weird get away, right? the hotel is really nice and has a pretty good gym if ya wanna start the day with that, i' still on the fence with that one. i did realize that the training for the water evac. is in the pool at the hotel which is an outdoor pool. we will be putting together a life raft and pulling people in it in the cold, how very realistic, yikes.
i'll have everything ready when you get home, so we can eat yummy soup and jam outta here. do you need me to pack anything for you?
let me know, i'm gonna swap bags and wash what clothes i need for this adventure.
my guess is i'll be going out on a trip when i get back so i want everything ready for an asap trip.
so nice we get another night together, in a foreign bed......and chaise longue..... |

just a quick hello. we are leaving here soon. i can't wait to get home, feels like i've been gone for weeks. how cold is it back home?
we need to drive up state for the colors, they are so bright, we don't want to miss it. maybe this weekend. we could make it an anni. weekend. we'll see i am very excited about our big date tomorrow, i think you are right about not seeing the movie and just going to dinner so we can get back earlier.
well, i'm off to prep my plane 2, 20 minute flights then home to you. i hope you are awake went i get in i missssss your touch.... |

ok back to the roads. this is gonna work out just fine, in fact better with this extra day. i got everthing done just sat to say good-bye and finish a cuppa good.
the nice thing is i am not getting up at 3am to find my way to an unknown hanger in the dark and i can use the hilton gym when we get up to teb. i'm showing up casual but bringing extra suits for the rest of the trips. if i need any extra stuff you can bring it to me for our rendezvous on sunday. i'll let you know if the times change for that, as it stands dinner at 7, can't wait.
i'm getting in the shower, then the mean streets.

hey getting ready to leave dca. the fbo is closed so it is just us running around the place, kinda weird. i'm fighting the urge to have coffee, cause i wanna be able to actually sleep next to you and not be tossing around.
